Join the Boys & Girls Club of Simi Valley
Membership is for youth ages 6 - 18 only and is based upon the calendar year. The Club is taking 6 year olds in the first grade for the first time. Annual membership is $12.00 per calendar year. Teen membership for ages 12 - 18 is $10 per calendar year.
All programs require Club membership prior to registration. Please insure that your child's membership application has current information, especially concerning emergency and daytime phone numbers. A photo membership card will be issued to each child and will be required to participate in program.
A note about privacy: Our membership forms ask for confidential information regarding income and ethnicity. This information is required by many of the agencies from which we receive funds and grants for our programs. Please help us to improve our programs and keep our fees low by filling out the confidential information. This information is used for statistical purposes only (e.g. number of children in each income bracket) and your personal name and/or information will not be given to any outside sources.
